The McGurn Company, Inc. was founded in 1982 by Arthur S. McGurn.

The McGurn Company (TMC) is a Class A General Contractor, (Design/Build)

licensed with the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as a licensed Real Estate

Brokerage Firm in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Arthur McGurn is the Principal

Broker and President.

From its founding, TMC has been involved in the construction, development and

sale/lease of quality single and multifamily projects as well as Commercial Retail,

Offices, Office/Warehouse and Self-Storage Facilities. TMC has developed for its own

construction of new homes as well as for sale to other builders, multiple lot

neighborhoods throughout the Richmond Metropolitan area.

TMC’s remodeling and service division remodels kitchens, baths and entire homes;

completes partial and full replacement of exterior residential components – siding,

windows and doors, roofs and constructs additions.
