1982 – Present:

• Single Family Construction and sale of over 1,000 single family homes throughout the Richmond, VA metropolitan area

• Berkeley Point: A 76 unit Townhouse Development (developed, built and sold) in Western Henrico County.

• Office/Warehouse/Retail: Glenside Center: 22,000 square feet Retail and Office Warehouse built, owned and leased and managed by McGurn. Sold in 1993

• Eagle Self Storage: 1987, (A subsidiary of The McGurn Company Inc.)

• 1987 – 1993: Developed, Built, Managed and Ultimately Sold over 250,000 Sq ft of Self Storage Space.

• Benedictine High School: 2001 Abbey Campus Athletic Field Complex:

  • Developed, Built Athletic Complex consisting of baseball, football and soccer fields, concession and maintenance building, Grandstands irrigation and utilities.

• US Rte. #1 Glen Allen, VA: 1999 - 8.3 Acres acquired: 1999

  • a) Engineered & Developed into multiple Retail Parcels in 2005.

  • b) 2007 Sold 5.863 Acres to Budget Self Storage LLC for construction of a Self-Storage Site.

  • 2012 Build to Suit Lease executed with Goodwill Industries of Central Virginia for Development & Construction of a 13,403 sq. ft. building which was completed and occupied in March 2014.

• 2016 – 2017: Roane Point on the Piakatank River, Mathews, VA Historical renovation and house raising (out of flood zone) of an 1800’s farm house.

• 2015: Oak Knoll Subdivision, Henrico County (32 Lots)

• James River Estates, Goochland County: Single Family Lots
